Overview:

Multi-select columns can be used to give multiple labels to creators in a single cell. Multi-select labels can be useful for a variety of reasons, such as giving creators additional statuses, tracking packages, labelling relationship stages, and more! 

With Multi-selects columns, you can add multiple labels to a single column, and easily change the label colors to stay organized. For an example of this column type being added to a List, please see the short gif below.
