Overview


To build Reports using the content that Creators have posted for your Campaigns, you must invite creators to your Campaigns. Inviting creators to join your Campaigns will allow creators the ability to share their content metrics and data with you through the Campaigns feature! 



Data Access


Instagram Posts - Creators must have an Instagram Professional Account (Creator or Business Account). All post data is for Organic data only. If ads are purchased to 'boost' performance, this will NOT be tracked for post data.

  • # of Impressions (Creators must Authenticate Account and have an active connection)
  • Reach (Creators must Authenticate Account and have an active connection)

Instagram Stories - Creators must have an Instagram Professional Account (Creator or Business Account)

  • # of Taps Forward (Creators must Authenticate Account and have an active connection)
  • # of Taps Backward (Creators must Authenticate Account and have an active connection)

  • # of Exits (Creators must Authenticate Account and have an active connection)
  • # of Swipe Ups (Manually enter only)
  • # of Sticker Taps (Manually enter only)

IGTV Posts - * Important Note: For IGTV Posts made by creators, additional data that's available for Authenticated Accounts WILL NOT be available. Instagram's data availability for IGTV posts is limited to the same level of data access to non-authorized accounts and can only be added to Campaign Reports by the Auto Reporting feature! All post data is for Organic AND Paid data. If ads are purchased to 'boost' performance, this will be tracked for post data

* SMV for each platform is calculated based on the rates that your team defines per Campaign in the Reports Settings.
